Option 1 - Entire Winery - Indoor and Outdoor

TOTAL COST:

Under 100 people:  $2400; 100-125 people:  $3000; 126-150 people:  $3600

INCLUDES:

Use of Randolph Room, Garden Room, Tasting Room, slate patio, deck and front lawn

Use of restrooms, use of kitchen (for prep setup), tables, chairs up to 150

REQUIREMENTS:

Between hour of 6 pm and 12:00 am*

Only First Colony wine may be served. (May serve other types of alcohol with ABC license)

CONFIRMATION:

Non-refundable 50% deposit (remainder due 14 days prior to event)

Refundable security deposit: $500 due 14 days prior

OPTION 2 - OUTDOOR - Accommodates up to 200+ people

TOTAL COST:

Under 100 people:  $1400

100-150 people:  $1800

151-200 people:  $2200

over 200 people: $2700

INCLUDES:

Use of Garden Room, Slate Patio and front lawn

Use of restrooms, use of kitchen (for prep setup), tables, chairs up to 150

REQUIREMENTS:

Between hours of 6 pm and 12:00 am*

Must rent tent to accommodate people

Only First Colony wine may be served. (May serve other types of alcohol with ABC license)

Parties not limited to times above.  Private Parties Monday-Thursday receive 20% off listed price.  Private Parties held during business hours receive 30% off listed price.  Parties booked for December 1 - February 28 receive 20% off listed price.  Please call for daytime availability; not all parties qualify.  Prices subject to change without notice.  Price locked at time of deposit.

*Set up for parties may begin at 5 PM.  Events running past 12:00 AM will be charged a penalty of $500/hour.  Completion of the party determined by when all guests are departed.  All rented items must be removed from the premises by 11 AM the following day.
