Tasting Room Associates

Qualities must include:

21+ years old, personable, enthusiastic, have a team mentality, good work ethic, willing to learn, and a passion for wine.

We at First Colony are a team of workers that LOVE wine. We are looking for an associate that shares that passion and has great customer service skills. We are looking for a team-player who is diligent, hard-working, and friendly.  Our focus is on producing wine, selling wine, and providing a fun wine experience! We are looking to teach people about Virginia wine and have them coming back for more.

Tasting Room Associate Responsibilities Include:

- greeting customers

- restocking wine (able to lift 40bs)

- pouring and discussing wine and grapes with customers

- great customer service & friendly attitude

- able to handle routine purchasing transactions

- attention to Detail for Customers

- keep tasting room and loft areas clean

- working as a team to provide excellent sales and customer service
